1800's Farmhouse Rental Property
Anyone seriously looking for a good country home to live in should recognize that $1300 / month including all utilities, cable + Internet for this size and quality of a farmhouse is very low. We price it this way as we are hopeful to find applicants that truly love farm life. This means tenants that don't get hysterical because we have a beehive or free range chickens in the yard. Level headed folks that see the good sense in hanging their laundry out on the line on a sunny summer day rather than wasting energy using the drier and folks that are not shy of jumping on the tractor to help mow a pasture or two from time to time. Although farm chores are not required, perspective tenants should know that the owners will exchange reduced rent for farm labor for the right truly helpful and handy individual.
Walk directly off property for miles and miles of public hiking and equestrian trails.
