Advanced Joinery 201 This Registration Form is for Students wishing
to have their entire lot of A minimum $100 tuition deposit is due at time of registration. As others will be turned away in order to reserve your place among the 8 students in any offering of this class, your registration fee becomes nonrefundable within 60 days prior to the start date of the course in which you are enrolled. Cancellations before this 60 day period are refunded in full, less a $100 administrative processing fee for locating another to fill your spot and related paperwork in issuing refunds. Waiver of Liability. Despite the fact that
there will be a very heavy emphasis on safety in all aspects of your activities
at J.D. Lohr Woodworking, Inc, it should be understood by the enrollee that
woodworking can be a dangerous activity. Each enrollee must be willing to
assume 100% of the risk of personal injury as a result of activities engaged in
and/or related to enrollment in any of the woodworking classes offered.
Students unwilling to assume this personal responsibility will not be

conducted by J.D. Lohr Woodworking, Inc., and with intent to be legally bound,
I hereby assume full responsibility for all injury or damage to me or my

related in any way to participation in said course, and for myself, my heirs,
